Terms and Conditions governing your use of this website.

1. Products.

1.1 All products on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available within our local delivery areas. Listed below.

1.2 Flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3 Flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats). Please do not eat the flowers or plants.

1.4 All products are subject to seasonal  availability. In the event of supply difficulties, Mills in Bloom (MIB) reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply or substitute all or part of your order at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

1.7 Products are delivered on the delivery /collection date or service  selected at time of ordering. 

1.8 Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be confirmed with you when placing your order

2. Prices.

2.1 Prices listed within Mills in Bloom (MIB) are valid for a maximum of 14 days  from submitting your order.

2.2 Except where stated product prices exclude our Local Delivery Charge, starts from £7.95, depending on postcode and is added at checkout.

2.3 Product prices for items requiring delivery outside of the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands exclude transmission or delivery charges an additional £9.95.

2.4 Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices  may vary to those offered in our Online Shop or when ordering by phone.
2.6 If you order flowers and gifts for the same delivery address, for the same delivery date only one charge will apply.
2.7 All our prices are quoted in GBP sterling.

WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD DETAILS NOR DO WE SHARE CUSTOMER DETAILS WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.
 

3. Orders.

3.1  To effect delivery on the date required for Floral Arrangements, Wine, Champagne, Chocolates or Gifts - MIB require complete and accurate details for the recipient, including a full name, address details including postcode and contact telephone number FOR THE RECIPIENT.  Re-visited deliveries, that fail for incorrect address details are charged again.

3.2  Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given and payment cleared by the Merchant Service Provider we use who are currently Shopify, Paypal and Worldpay all secure payment gateways. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and Paypal Account  transactions, your payment is processed as soon as we receive your order,

3.3 ORDER CANCELLATIONS -  within our cancellation terms will incur a minimum administration charge of 3% to cover charges imposed by the Merchant Services Companies we use to process your payment.

3.4  Prices shown are valid for a maximum of 28 days of submitting your order.

3.5  MIB  will send you an email  confirming your order details. This email will be sent to the email address you have supplied us during your order placement. It will include an order reference number for future correspondence.

3.6  Order for alcohol products can not be accepted from customers or be delivered to any recipient under the age of 18 years.

3.6a Orders for or including Wine or Champagne can only be delivered locally.

Under the Licensing Act of 1964 (UK) and 1976 (Scotland) it is an offense for any person under 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor.

3.7  BY CLICKING THE PROCEED BUTTON ON THE ONLINE ORDER FORM,  ORDERING OVER THE PHONE AND VERIFYING YOUR  ORDER WITH THE SECURITY NUMBERS ON THE BACK OF THE PAYMENT CARD YOU USE  FOR PAYMENT -

YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

4. Delivery and Delivery Charges.

LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS COVERED BY Mills in Bloom - SO20, SO21 (SOME AREAS), SO22, SO23 and SO24 Winchester Postcode Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh.

4.1 All  Product Prices - EXCLUDE our delivery charges.  Same Day Local £9.95, 2/3 Days £7.95 Next Day 3 Hour £12.95  - Saturday Local £9.95 - Non-local £12.95. Delivery to remote rural areas will be advised of additional delivery costs.

4.2  Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Mothers Day is the only exception and subject to specific delivery charges). International Orders can not be processed by this website please telephone for details.

4.3  We do not accept timed deliveries, the AM or PM preference is just that - a preference only. If the order is for a funeral then the item is delivered to the Funeral Directors 1-2 hours before the time given.( It is generally  considered unacceptable to send funeral pieces to the home address).  We will always try to adhere to preferences wherever possible.


Cancellation Policy -  NEW - Consumer Rights Directive EU.

There are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:

CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidy such as food and FLOWERS.
Tailor-made or personalised goods.
Underwear and earrings.

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel an order without reason for Wine, Champagne and other non-perishable goods no later than seven working days later than the order date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of 3% for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used  to process your payment.

5.2 The customer does NOT have the right to cancel an order  without reason for Perishable Bouquets and Floral Arrangements before the required delivery date, payments made by card will incur a handling charge of 3% for our admin and to cover processing charges levied by Merchant Service Companies used to process your payment.

STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Millefiori Flowers -  are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you are unhappy in any way with the service you have received please contact us. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine, a suitable replacement or refund may be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DISCLAIMER.

We agree to use all reasonable effects to ensure that MIB  -   Website  is fully operational and error free,  we can not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for defect or interruption to our services.
